Hi, I’m Kristen.
I live at 10,200 feet with my husband, our young twins, two goofy cats, a spring-loaded border collie mix, and a pug named Steve Buscemi.

We moved to America’s highest city in 2017 after a long-distance love affair with this tiny mining town 2-ish hours west of Denver. Making the move from central Florida to the High Rockies should have been a massive culture shock, but it felt like coming home from day 1. After we recovered from driving cross-country with two dogs and two 5-year-olds during historic flooding and blizzards, that is (yeah, that happened).
I’ve been coaching in a variety of settings for 15+ years. I’m a Life Coach School Professional Certified Coach and a Life Purpose Institute Certified Life Coach. Additionally, I have training in Motivational Interviewing from the University of Massachusetts Medical School’s Center for Integrated Primary Care (CIPC), have been a trained Wellness Recovery Action Plan facilitator for 10+ years.

Here are some things I’m great at:
- Embracing major life changes and rolling with the punches
- Singing Disney songs (especially late ’80s/early ’90s Disney)
- Displaying relentless enthusiasm in the face of adversity
- Telling pirate jokes
- Making lasagna (seriously, it’s amazing)
- Karaoke

Here are a few things I’m still working on:
- Cooking anything other than lasagna
- Becoming a morning person
- Putting the book down before “just one more chapter”
- Saying no to adorable rescue pets
- Sudoku
What I believe in:
- The ability to live authentically in all areas is a basic human right
- Honesty doesn’t have to be brutal
- When we feel stuck, in business or in life, there’s always a third option
- Each of us has both the right and the responsibility to live a life we love and feel proud of—whatever that looks like
- Community and teams make us all stronger
